Our picnics are picnics with a difference – high quality, individually made “Luxury” picnics designed to be very special and a perfect solution to entertaining outdoors such as open air opera or theatre in the park, or a summer dinner for friends or family in your garden. We cater for staff events, professional entertaining, wedding parties –Visiting Ascot, Henley, Wimbledon, Lords, Goodwood, Hampton Court Flower Show, British Grand Prix, Epsom or the Rose Bowl this summer? Luxury picnics can be a great alternative to the sometimes generic food available at these events – MY PACKED MEAL BOX ensures our clients experience the best in outside entertaining!
All our picnics are hand-made using fresh ingredients and come beautifully prepared in a cardboard disposable box and bag. Nothing is pre-prepared and all are completely home-made (think home-made scones, cakes, breads, salads, pates…….). We also provide cutlery, plates and napkins and plastic glasses where appropriate.

Essentials
Our picnics hampers are delivered in bespoke cardboard carry boxes and bags making it easy for you to pick up, carry about and dispose of after you have enjoyed your picnic. We also supply napkins, plates and quality plastic cutlery within the box.
The above menus are designed to be sample menus, put together to offer a variety of platters and a well-balanced meal – we can, of course, cater for bespoke picnics (or just add extra cake instead of salad for those so inclined!) should you require it – please call us for a chat. Alternatively, you can choose from our extensive picnic menu and make up your own! We reserve the right to substitute products if necessary and some products may contain traces of nuts or sesame seeds!
All of our food is freshly hand prepared just for you and made lovingly using only the best and freshest ingredients – bearing all this in mind, please give us a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to prepare your feast. Howeverif you do have a last minute requirement please do not hesistate to contact us .
Convenience – We will deliver your picnic experience direct to venues, offices and accommodations.
The price per person is based upon a minimum of 10 people per order – we are delighted, of course, to make picnics for above this number – please give us a call to discuss.
